Sales Executive – George Lines Horsham

 We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join us at our Horsham branch. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, driving sales, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. It is essential that you have experience selling building materials for this position but there more to it than that – you will need to be a team player who wants to get involved in all aspects of the branch.

You will be a crucial part of a small team and you will have the opportunity to cover transport planning, stock management and warehouse/yard organisation as part of your role.

The successful candidate will be results driven and business focused with strong communication and negotiation skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.  You will have two years’ minimum background in the construction supply or building materials sector, ideally with experience in civils and groundworks.  The ability to drive a forklift is an advantage.

Hours: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, driving sales, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. It is essential that you have experience selling building materials for this position but there more to it than that – you will need to be a team player who wants to get involved in all aspects of the branch.

 

You will be a crucial part of a small team and you will occasionally be required to operate the forklift and provide cover in the yard/warehouse as part of your role.

The successful candidate will be results driven and business focused with strong communication and negotiation skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.  You will have two years’ minimum background in the construction supply or building materials sector, ideally with experience in civils and groundworks.  The ability to drive a forklift is an advantage.
