At George Lines Civils and Landscape Merchants, we understand that plans can change and you may need to return an item. Our goal is to make the returns process as straightforward and efficient as possible.

Changed Your Mind?

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We will refund the cost of the goods, excluding any delivery charges. Please note that a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Before returning any products, please contact our team by emailing [email protected] or calling 01753 685 354. Our team will confirm whether the products can be returned and guide you through the next steps. Return delivery costs will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Where applicable, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable unless faulty. These include:

• Perishable goods, such as cement and plaster
• Chemicals and paints
• Bulk bags or poly bags of aggregates and sand
• Clay drainage products
• Precast concrete drainage items

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us before bringing it back to a branch. Our team will be happy to help.
