Shimpac 810mm x 100mm x 12mm Roadshim Plank

An 810mm x 100mm x 12mm Shimpac Roadshim plank, a precompressed shim made from compressed cement (70%) and treated wood fibres (15%), with a compressive strength of 39-49 N/mm2. Rot proof and compatible with fast setting mortar.

Used to build a strong, level and accurate bedding platform for gully gratings, manhole frames and covers, rodding eyes, stop taps and other carriageway or footpath ironwork, preventing it from dropping below the surrounding surface level as compaction or mortar bedding breaks down over time.
